Where can I purchase?

Currently Playing 9 clothing is only available for purchase online through our website. We elected not to pursue wholesale retail in your pro shop or big box retailers so we can offer customers the most fair every day price possible, as we currently manufacture in small quantities in the U.S.A.

Do you have gift cards / can I send gifts from your site?

At this time we do not offer gift cards. We would love for you to send something on our site as a gift! When you check out there is an opportunity to write special instructions / comments. In this box please let us know your shipment is a gift. We will exclude a paper receipt with the shipment (you will receive an emailed receipt) and we are happy to write a short note to include with the gift. 

Note: our website is not set up to split one order to two separate shipping addresses. If you are sending multiple gifts, or buying something for yourself and something for a gift, you would need to process those orders separately.

 

Shipping

We offer free shipping in the continental USA for all orders. Generally, orders placed by 6:00pm CST Friday will be shipped no later than Monday the following week. We will endeavor to ship orders faster than that guidance, but we are new to this and are managing the shipments ourselves.....hopefully this will take off so we can afford a fulfillment center! 

Orders can be shipped to Canada at the cost of shipping (you choose the speed at check-out). If you are located outside of Canada or the U.S.A. and interested in purchasing our product, please send us a note through our Contact Us page. We will research if it is possible to ship to your country and whether there are any additional charges or fees to do so. Note that any customer wishing to return or exchange from outside the U.S.A. is responsible for all shipping charges.  There are also potential duties and taxes at customs that the customer is responsible for.

Returns and Exchanges

Clearance items ending in $0.99 are not eligible for return or exchange.

Otherwise, returns and exchanges are gladly accepted at no charge within 45 days of purchase for items that have not been worn and are in new condition. We know it's challenging to fit your quickly changing body without trying a garment on at home.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please give up to 10 days to process a return upon receipt of the package.

We gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Do you ever have sales?

Given our niche focus, we do not plan to change our colors / patterns seasonally but rather on a multi-year cycle. Further, as discussed above, we manufacture in small quantities in the U.S.A. and are selling direct to the consumer to offer the best everyday price possible. As a result, we do not plan to have seasonal sales. So....buy now....you will not miss out on a better price two weeks or a month in the future.

We may occasionally offer discounts or promotions on non-maternity related items, because we know everyone loves getting a deal!
