Shipping
We offer free shipping, exchanges and returns on all orders within the USA. We ship to many countries outside of the USA and you'll have the choice of many shipping options. Please email headpro@playingnine.com to learn more. Taxes or duties may be levied at customs on international shipments and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Returns are gladly accepted within 30 days of purchase for items that have not been worn and are in new condition. (Please note, sale items ending in $0.99 are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Exchanges
We offer free exchanges if you need a different size as we know that finding the right fit for your growing belly can be a challenge. We also gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a garment for the same item, send us an email at headpro@playingnine.com. Please give us up to 3 business days to respond.
